The instructions are very well designed and easy to understand. I am a relatively new quilter, and make the quilt right now. For the duvet, Evelyn has what appears to be a model quite complicated, and it is divided into portions Nice. It is an excellent teacher, if you ever get a chance. . . take one of his classes, but until then. . . this book is a must have! Rating: 5 / 5

Evelyn’s book is beautifully designed. You can enjoy his unique approach to innovation in the traditional log cabin block. His teaching style sweet shows through the pages of his first book. I made one of the covers of books and loved the result. There will be more talented this professor and author! Rating: 5 / 5
