I'm assuming 'machine'. Many of the designs are copyrighted, which is part of why you've had trouble finding examples. The third link is a description of the 'quick-turn' process. The fourth link is a number of free block-quilting patterns. The last is to another site with designs (you may be required to join - free - but the site is non-commercial and packed with goodies). These will get you started.
